Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is MB ADV S.A.S. di Matteo Braghetta & C., Via Novaro 4, 31056 Roncade (TV), Italy, VAT no. IT05371920264, the company through which Matteo Braghetta runs his wedding photography business.

For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to info@matteobraghetta.com. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as it is not required for our activity.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number, wedding date, venue and the message you write.
• Services guide form: name, email address, wedding date and venue, used to send you the guide with services and prices.
• Emails and messages you send us directly, with the data they contain.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time of access, collected by the servers that host the site and by the analytics and advertising tools described in the Cookie Policy.

Please do not include sensitive information (for example about health) in the forms: we do not need it to answer you.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• Answering your request: checking availability for your date, sending you the services guide and a quote, and following up on that same request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Managing the booking, if you hire us: organising and delivering the service, invoicing and accounting. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
• Security and protection of our rights: preventing spam and misuse of the forms, and defending our rights in case of disputes. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Statistics and advertising measurement through cookies and similar tools, as explained in the Cookie Policy.

We do not use your data to send newsletters or promotional campaigns, we do not sell it and we do not share it with other wedding suppliers unless you ask us to.

4. Is providing your data required?

No, but the fields marked with an asterisk are needed to answer you: without them we cannot check availability or send you a quote.

5. Who processes your data

Your data is handled by Matteo Braghetta and by the following service providers, who act as data processors on our behalf or, where indicated in the Cookie Policy, as independent controllers:

• Webflow, Inc. (website hosting and form handling);
• Google (Google Workspace email, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads);
• Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity);
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel);
• Usercentrics A/S (Cookiebot, consent management);
• Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. (web analytics);
• our accountant, and public authorities where required by law.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States or other countries outside the EU. In these cases the transfer takes place under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for certified providers, or under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. How long we keep your data

• Requests that do not lead to a booking: up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted.
• Clients: for the duration of the contract and for 10 years afterwards, as required by Italian tax and civil law.
• Browsing data and cookies: for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

At any time you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before. Just write to info@matteobraghetta.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.

9. Automated decisions

We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing. Profiling for advertising purposes happens only through the tools described in the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
