Enoteca di Monte Fasolo is a venue located in Cinta Euganeo, a town surrounded by hills between Padua and Vicenza. The history of the location begins with entrepreneur Luigi Rossi Luciani. An expert wine producer, Luigi decided to restore an abandoned estate in this area, transforming it into a successful business.
In 2007, the nearby estate Le Volpi was first acquired. Subsequently, in 2017, Luigi also took over Monte Fasolo, an ancient agricultural estate with a long winemaking tradition. After significant vineyard restoration work, the structure obtained organic certification for the 2022 harvest.
Today, Enoteca di Monte Fasolo represents the largest private wine-growing operation in the Euganean Hills. It features over 200 hectares of land, of which 95 are cultivated as vineyards. The estate's winery produces quality wines, with particular attention to native and traditional grape varieties of the area.
