Teresa and Mirko’s wedding began with a religious ceremony in Tezze before the celebrations continued at Villa Gozzi, near Pordenone. I followed the different moments of the day through wedding reportage, concentrating on expressions, interactions and the small gestures that naturally connect one part of the story to the next.
Villa Gozzi is a historic residence in Pasiano di Pordenone, closely linked to the Gozzi family and to the eighteenth-century writers Gasparo and Carlo Gozzi. Its intense red façades contrast with the surrounding greenery and pale gravel paths, giving the estate a distinctive visual character.
Teresa wore an elegant wedding dress with a flowing skirt and a finely worked lace bodice. The long transparent sleeves featured a delicate geometric pattern, while the open back and row of small buttons added character to the design. A long veil completed the silhouette with softness and movement.
For their couple portraits, I used both the interiors and the outdoor spaces of Villa Gozzi, following Teresa and Mirko without imposing a rigid sequence of poses. Their smiles, closeness and quieter exchanges became the photographs themselves, allowing the historic setting to accompany the story without taking attention away from the couple.
