Costanza and Alberto’s religious wedding was filled with sincere emotions, joyful expressions and spontaneous moments. I photographed the ceremony with a discreet reportage approach, focusing on the anticipation before the bride’s entrance, the glances exchanged during the service and the happiness shared with family and friends.
The celebration continued at Villa Sagredo in Vigonovo, a historic Venetian residence surrounded by an extensive park. Its elegant architecture, gardens and mature trees created a refined yet peaceful setting, while the landscape of the Riviera del Brenta added a strong connection with the Venetian countryside between Venice and Padua.
Costanza wore a graceful wedding dress with a floral lace bodice, three-quarter sleeves and a soft, flowing skirt. Her veil added movement to the silhouette, while the bouquet of blue hydrangeas, delicate roses and eucalyptus introduced subtle colours that complemented the timeless style of the dress.
For their couple portraits, I allowed Costanza and Alberto to enjoy a few quiet moments together among the gardens of Villa Sagredo. By avoiding rigid poses and following their natural interactions, I was able to preserve the atmosphere of the day through authentic images that reflect not only how their wedding looked, but also how it felt.
